Dear Prospective Adoptive Client:

Thank you for your interest in adoption. As you are aware, my practice specializes in private adoption, traditional and gestational surrogacy, and egg donation contracts and proceedings.

I would be pleased to provide you with a consultation with regard to your options in becoming parents. The fee for this consult, which may be in person or by phone, is $350.00. During this consultation, I will also review the current status of the laws and legal procedures in Florida; the availability of children for adoption; the availability of surrogates and egg donors; and all costs involved.

If following your consultation you wish to be placed on our adoptive parent waiting list, you will need to complete your adoptive parent application and supply us with a brief biography and some family photos. You may return this to our office with a $1,000.00 application fee. We will then set up your profile to be presented to birth mothers as we meet them.

If you are interested in pursuing surrogacy and/or egg donation after our consultation, I will discuss our retainer options with you. We will then be happy to introduce you to our waiting surrogates and/or pre-screened egg donors.
