Thank you for your interest in surrogacy. As you are aware, my practice specializes in traditional and gestational surrogacy as well as "private" adoption of embryos and children.

Reproductive Law has a bright and exciting future in Florida. Not only are there many skilled physicians and world-renowned fertility centers in Florida, but Florida law is comprehensive and "assisted-reproductive friendly". Our Florida Legislature has clearly recognized the rights of a couple to create a family through the many new available medical techniques.

Below you’ll find a Preliminary Application. Please print this document, then complete the application and return it to my office, along with a recent family photo. Once we receive your application, we will send additional documents to complete the application process.

Upon submission of your application, you may schedule a consultation with me. The fee for the consultation is $350.00. This consultation may be conducted in person or by phone. At the consultation, I will review Florida laws, the availability of surrogates and embryos available for adoption, as well as any other related issues you would like to discuss.
